「Room was clean and comfortable」

「I arrived at the motel to be told that I had no booking for it. I showed a printed payment receipt from booking online and a reference number. I was told there were no rooms available, which in the long run I was relieved. I was looking forward to staying somewhere along Route 66, but this appeared to not be a good choice. Building was run down and the area seemed a bit sketchy. Many other wonderful places available in the area.」

「Laundry is broken, can't find any waiter」

「I booked a week and left after one night. People partied outside all night long. They were still going when I left for work at 5:30am so you know they are not only drinking alcohol. Roaches all over the room, no hot water and old food left in fridge. Don’t stay here」

「So bad. I asked a non-smoke room and it still had strong smoke smell. Old, dirty, and not "really cheap". I never go to this hotel again, never!」
