「A+++. Located just minutes from Kings Beach, this property allowed 11 of us, ages 9 to 75, to have an extended family getaway for a week. The bedrooms are not large but are clean and sufficient. 「We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to a lot of Kings Beach amenities and especially ice cream ! It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants . It was clean and well put together . The property is almost exactly as listed. It probably should have included that itis the upstairs floor of a 3 unit building. We did have the whole unit to our selves however we were worried about disturbing the neighbors downstairs.」

「Our stay was perfect in this cute little cottage. I love that It had two bathrooms and everything was so very clean when we arrived. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and lots of trails nearby for walking. There is so much to do In the area and it is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. 「This place was cold because the thermostats don’t truly work so much but my room had a heater and that was fine. The place is big for multiple parties and the pool table is so tiny. It’s great for skiing because it’s so close to northstar. Liked the place a lot.」

「We love Lake Tahoe so much we wanted to have a chance for lake front. This home didn’t disappoint. Loved having the buoy for the boat. We would stay here again for sure. 」

「After many summer stays at the Brockway Shores complex, this unit is now my favorite. With living area and master on the first floor it is very accessible for the older generation in my family. The oversized desk with lake view is perfect for outside dining. My grandkids have plenty of space to frolic on the large grass area and enjoy swimming from the dock.. 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for our party of 8. The loft is amazing and there is so much additional space. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and so close to Kings Beach (less than a 5 minute drive). I wish we could have stayed longer!」
