「We were delighted with our choice of accommodation. The decor and ambiance was perfect. The whole of the building was spotlessly clean and the staff were unfailingly pleasant and polite.」

The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay there again, on our next trip to that part of the world.」

「We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. 」

「Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! 「We had a one night stay to attend a concert at Sandringham. The property was in a great location for us to travel onto the concert later, providing a break for us. Food was available by request in the pub/bar which looked very clean and fab decor. We did not eat here as we had other plans. We had the accessible room which was accessed by its own outside door.
