「I almost never give a poor rating for a place and extend a ton of grace. However, the description of this property is misleading and it must be pointed out.There is not a proper bed. Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress. It's basically sleeping on a board. I would NOT have booked this property if it said anywhere in the listing that the bed was a sofa. Like a fool,...

「Host was nice & responsive to any questions we had. Cute, clean, and beautiful view of the river. Pretty little place with everything we needed. Stayed on the porch a lot watching the deer, squirrels etc. We also enjoyed watching a rain storm. Close to the square so we walked a lot visiting shops, museums and just exploring. Nice people. Some cute places. Was pleasantly suprised by Joe's Bar. Stopped in for a snack and found fish tacos that were were really good!! Service good and drinks cold....

「Host was engaged and responded to communication without delay. A couple housekeeping issues were identified upon check-in and while the host offered to resolve, I opted to clean myself. Overall the property was well kept. From a value perspective, the quality of furniture did not align with the rental price (would have expected a higher-quality experience) but given my stay was doing 4th of July I am assuming there was a holiday premium that was factored in.」
