Perfect Family Retreat Lake House On Sandy Beach With Great Outdoor Living

Heads up that our property has recently completed a renovation (new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, additional utility space, flooring and majority furnishings replaced). This home sleeps up to 18 people in beds and has ample space to enjoy friends and family while on vacation, 2 living rooms that open up to the views of the lake as well as a dining room and separate breakfast room. There is a master with king bed and private bath and a sunroom with a trundle bed, 2 queen rooms - one with private half bath, King room, and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (full beds on bottom and twin on top). It is baby and toddler friendly and is equipped with pack and play available as well as a high chair.

The back and side porch overlook the beautiful views of the lake and packsaddle mountain. Enjoy the beach and lake during the day and the large fire pit at night. There is not a better place to enjoy family and friends at the lake.

House is equipped with satellite television, Apple TV including Netflix, and highspeed WiFi.

In Kingsland, you can rent boats, jet skis and everything you need to enjoy the lake.We are on a quieter part of the lake (the Llano River) which is great for swimming, fishing and boating. The sandy beach in front of the house has a gentle slope which is great for kids and adults to enjoy the water.

Kitchen is stocked with basics you need to prepare your own meals, and local grocery and restaurants are within 5 minutes.

Dock is available for guests to tie boats to, but not for lift access.
