「We had a room for the pullout sofa, and unfortunately, there was no bedding for the sofa. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice it until late in the evening and called to get some, but took over an hour for the bedding to show up and at that point it was already too late. The person sleeping on the sofa already had to make do with just a blanket that was available. We asked for some bottled water at the same time which showed up promptly, but the bedding from housekeeping took way too long.」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...

「Breakfast buffet was ok. Had the basics. Carpet in room and hallway needs a little love. Stayed in the sweet. Corner jetted tup was a life saver and the room was spacious. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful」
