The hotel is being renovated and so some of the commen areas are incomplete. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room and the bed were excellent.

Every time we stay it’s just wonderful. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are clean & the staff are very friendly & accommodating (4 adults, one room - we needed some extras). I keep reading complaints about construction but that’s just silly. Who complains about improvements? Excellent location too!

We stayed for one night to tour around Kingston. The cost of the room was very reasonable compared to the waterfront hotel and was a short drive away. The rooms are brand new, and the mattress gave us a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Renovations are going on, so it was interesting to check in from one of the hotel rooms (this obviously is temporary) I would hands down stay here again.

Staff were kind, rooms were absolutely beautiful (I believe recent renovations) and overall very clean. The breakfast room was a little overwhelming (small space and awkward line up area) and slim breakfast options, but overall will definitely come back here!
