「This was a great location, near the lake and trails! My wife really loved how it was decorated. The only thing that would would be to update the apps on the TV.」

「Very clean and modern space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. There are renters in the lower level of the house with a dog, so sometimes I would hear them, especially in the early morning.」

「I will start off with the Host Shannon Wonderful person to deal with, the place was tidy, clean and cozy. Being able to bring pets was a plus, better than any hotel room by far pretty much anything basic you would ever need or forgot on your trip was there if you needed it.Well recommended to anyone who is Staying in Kingston Definitely a 6 ****** place to stay.」

「The Happy House was full of everything we needed and we appreciated the attention to detail. The home was sparkling clean, very comfortable and spacious.」

「Pleasant, cosy house in a peaceful area by the lovely marina. We were only here for a brief layover but the property suited us fine. It was clean, comfortable and well provisioned for guests. Would stay again.」

「This is a lovely house. It is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Additionally there is a walking trail behind the house. The house is within walking distance of Toast and Jam which I highly recommend as a breakfast spot. Everything you need is within a short drive. The host responded quickly to any questions I had (using the VRBO app.) I would book this house again the next time we are in Kingston.」

「Host was very responsive. Quiet area. Comfortable beds.」

「Family friendly, we were a family of 8 and it met all our needs.」

「Bathroom required grab rails and hooks.」

「Very good proximity to Picton Main, many great eateries within walking distance.Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities although only a bodum press is provided, we prefer a coffee maker or better yet, a nespresso machine. The bedrooms & only bathroom upstairs are small but nice. Low ceilings over stairs makes this property somewhat challenging for seniors, anyone that has difficulty walking and small kids. There’s no real usable outdoor space.」

「Spectacular in every way!」
