「Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!」

「Apartment is large and spacious. It is perfect for our family of five. It had great parking and you could walk around the quiet town. Location allowed train access to Boston and Salem. It was a quick drive to the shore. We had some trouble with the above neighbor causing damage to the property, but the owner was honest and respectful to refund us money when our travel insurance would not cover it. 「This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!」
