"It's a quaint little place out in the middle of nowhere. It was the perfect spot to lay down for the night. On our busy travels. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. There was a fan and each room beds were clean. Bathroom. Very nice. Excellent showers. The staff was so friendly and helpful and you got to eat after rustic table next door which was delicious. Everyone extremely friendly"

"Staff was incredible very on top of our request. They helped me print a few documents on the front desk! Only issue I had raised. The floors were very dirty and it felt moist, and the room was very outdated. Parking was easy and the complimentary breakfast and coffee was awesome. "We’ve stayed here several times while in the area, and will continue to do so. Helpful and attentive staff, ample quality breakfast selections, lovely setting off 1-80 up the hill from downtown Truckee, and large suite. I rated this a 4 instead of my usual 5 star rating as a few things in the vanity area of the bathroom needed attention. There were numerous dried white spots (?toothpaste) on the walls which were easily removed with a wet washcloth. Built-up dust and grit were on the counter behind the sink, and one corner of the counter which were unsightly - this was unfortunate as the rest of the bathroom and living areas were neat and well-stocked."
