A Private Kinloch Escape for Families & Friends



Escape to the peaceful village of Kinloch and unwind at Tui Cottage—a cosy, private lake bach just a 20-minute drive from Taupo. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this family-friendly property offers the perfect base for lake adventures, golf getaways, hiking and mountain biking.



Just a short stroll down the walkway directly opposite the house will have you at the shores of beautiful Lake Taupo, making it easy to spend your days swimming, boating or simply soaking up the scenery.



Designed with families and small groups in mind, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults.



The main cottage features three bedrooms and a bathroom and two separate toilets, while a separate two-bedroom sleepout provides additional accommodation with its own bathroom. Please note that the sleepout is open plan—although each bedroom offers privacy, there are no doors separating them.



The spacious deck is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring, complete with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating for long summer evenings with family and friends.



Inside you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine to start your mornings right, along with books, board games and a dartboard to keep everyone entertained, whatever the weather.



For those bringing lake toys, bikes or golf clubs, the garage is available for secure storage (please note it is not available for vehicle parking).



Whether you're planning to spend your days on the lake, tackling nearby walking and cycling trails, or enjoying a round at one of Kinloch's two renowned golf courses, Tui Cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy and location for your next getaway.

House Rules and Information -



A maximum of 6 adults per booking.



Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
