“The view from this property is very good. However, I would not refer to it as an apartment. It was the size of a motel room. Maybe from Queenstown standards this is an apartment. From my perspective it was very small. The parking situation was very tight. We got a list of warnings from Susy about the smoke alarm setting off the fire department coming out costing lots of money. So we did not use the toaster. There was an extra cleaning fee for the bbq. There were lots of rules with charges……
