"Rooms were on 3rd floor and only 1 room of the 2 we got had a fan. Windows only open slightly and unfortunately it was in the 80s when we were there. I would ask if there is a fan in your room for sure."

"My room was tiny, with poor ventilation, and there was no air conditioning. Despite extreme heat, the staff was unsympathetic and disinterested. Very poor customer service, overpriced, and not as advertised."
