Terrible experience, misleading Ad

Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items. I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!

Merci à Mike pour mon séjour de 9 jours à Kinshasa. L'appartement était conforme à la description, climatisation et eau courante toute la journée. Les attentions de Mike et du personnel m'ont permis de me sentir chez moi. J'ai aimé l'ambiance et la bonne humeur au sein de Mike's Flat hôtel, la sécurité , la proximité et l'emplacement idéal par rapport aux problèmes d'embouteillage de la capitale , la cuisine , la discothèque, une communication fluide et agréable. Au plaisir de nous revoir, René .

Kinshasa en chaleur

La ville de Kinshasa en general souffre d'un manque d'electricite sous une chaleur humide etouffante.Je suis alle a Kin en sejour de deuil et je n'ai pas eu le temps d'apprecier.Mike m'a donne une large chambre propre et confortable avec TV et Frigo.Les employeurs sont joviaux.Mike lui-meme est un monsieur fantastique.il a un club miderne qui te balance la Rhumba a gogo.Ca va.

Je regrettes d’avoir réservé cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée à 13h30, la chambre n’était pas prêtre alors que nous devions avoir possession de celle ci depuis Midi, mais le propriétaire très impoli s’est permis de nous dire : "quittez chez moi si vous n’êtes pas d’accord" et cela en pleine rue devant les passants , sans même prendre la peine de nous faire asseoir et pourtant il savait très bien que je n’avais aucun moyen de me faire rembourser. En plus il a un grand complexe comme il sait parler l’anglais au lieu de me répondre en français qu’il connaît assez bien, il se donnait le luxe de répondre en anglais dans un pays francophone enfin de faire croire aux gens qu’il est intelligent. Pour rien au monde je recommanderais cet hôtel à quelqu’un, même pas à mon pire ennemi.
