「I booked a premium hotel room and was given a normal room by (deception), the room was terrible for the price of a premium room, the shower head was broken, the toilet pot looks very dirty, and the bathroom sink was leaking on the floor, the door was not very secured for privacy, my bed sheets were never changed even ones and worst of all the toilet was breathing back into the hotel room producing a very terrible smell in my hotel room that's what sent me parking out immediately the toilet smell...

「Saw a cockroach in the room. The room and hallway has a strong smell tha hits you once you enter. The staff were nice」

「Honestly a bit better than I expected given recent competition from the Hilton and Kempinski. Perhaps they are upping their game? Great location. Not great value for money but ponder where you are. Excellent public spaces. Great breakfast on offer. Wifi sometimes slow. Hot water in my room was intermittent, although others in my group had no complaint so perhaps a glitch? Really not bad at all given the cenral location and complimentary transport to the airport.」

「Le personnel accueillant et disponible dans l'ensemble. Des travaux de rafraîchissement sont nécessaires. Assez calme et reposant.」

「The place is clean but slightly abandoned.」

「Aone」

「Staff service good，room just so so，carpet not clean,furniture old.」

「Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. Water and electricity didn’t always work, they ran the generator to compensate but it was quite loud. Wasn’t marked right on google maps, we had to call to find out the actual location. 」

「My go to hotel in Brazzaville! Easy to talk with.」
