"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First, it is nearly impossible to sleep here. The hotel sits between a busy main street and railroad tracks, so you will hear either constant traffic or freight trains during the night. Rest and relaxation are not possible in these conditions. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and the Turkish bath area had clear maintenance issues, including unsafe flooring. Breakfast was another...

"Fantastic hotel, excellent restaurant. As for some reception staff not so good. Didn't have most of what they advertise for your stay and wasn't helpful when questioned. If they retrain these two individuals maybe they would recieve 100% percent satisfaction "

"Unser Empfang an der Rezeption war in Ordnung, das Zimmer sehr groß, ebenfalls das modern eingerichtete Bsd. Betten sehr angenehm und weich. Beim Frühstück konnten wir uns dirch eine Vielzahl von gebackenen Spezialitäten durchkosten, die von der älteren Angestellten selber gemacht worden waren. Toll! "

Perdeler yerinden çıkmış.Kahvaltı dahil satın aldık ama tadilat var denilerek kahvaltı sunulmadı.Otopark var denilmişti,yolda boş bulduğunuz bir yere park edebilirsiniz dendi.Neyseki belediyenin ücretli otoparkı vardı da oraya park ettik."
