They can't even deliver the towels in your room on time and ask ton of questions such as what happened to the towels from yesterday as if we are some kind of culprit and stealing their towels. Bad Customer Service.

We love to stay at the Hotel St. Michael. Fabulous location. Wonderful 'Grand Old Lady' feel. Seems it's been updated since our last stay. Lounge area is quite airy & comfortable. The 'speakeasy' underground is pretty cool. Appreciate the mocktail options. (NA beer option is pretty icky, though.) ...
