Clean hotel with good breakfast!

Clean, basic hotel. The beds were firm, which I liked, but maybe others might not. Things were generally clean. The shower leaked into the floor a little, but it was not a big deal for me. The breakfast was surprisingly good with variety and hot food items. The receptionist spoke English and was polite.

Bence kahvaltısı iyi, ancak odada klimaları içi çok kirliydi ve ben fark ettiğimde 2 gün geçmişti, lobby de söyledim odayı değiştirdiler yeni geçtiğim yerin kliması da soğutmuyordu. Düğün hazırlıkları için gittim ancak memnun kalmadım. Bu fiyata şehirde daha iyi bir yerde kalınabilir.

Das Hotel befindet sich relativ zentral in Kirsehir. Die Einkaufsstraße ist fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen, das Zimmer hatte für mein Empfinden eine ausreichende Größe, nur das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist kaum zu übertreffen (es wird alles vor Ort zubereitet), für jeden etwas dabei. Ganz hervorheben möchte ich das Küchenpersonal, herzlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam… habe mich immer wieder auf das Frühstück gefreut 👍 Vielen Dank nochmal an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Her şey çok güzeldi ancak, odada 3 perdelik cam olduğu halde sadece 2 perde vardı. Resepsiyona inip 3. Perdeyi istedim ancak dışarıdan içerisi filmli olduğu için gözükmediğini söylediler. Good stay ruined by checkout

My Overall stay in this hotel was ok .! Clean and comfortable room as expected but nothing special... however check-out in the morning was completely disastrous.. we have asked to pay for our stay however we have already paid at the time of booking .. infect we have paid dinner bed and breakfast rate but hotel wasn’t serving evening meal due to covid-19 restrictions which hotel staff informed us before arrival .. we couldn’t understand why we had to pay for our stay again .. it took ages for receptionist to accept that we already paid.. even though we show the email confirmation from hotel.com and then refund took considerably long time to perform.. luck of staff training delayed our journey .. apart from that everything else was ok but probably won’t stay there again..
