“Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel……

“Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“I stayed 2 nights. From Thursday to Saturday. My room was not clean. I asked twice for my room to be cleaned. Upon my return,my room was not clean. I called the clerk to let them know. Upon checking out, I asked for a partial return. I was told that they would give me a call,to date, no one has called.”

“I was so to stay at the hotel the week before and the dates got messed up because of this I had to get another hotel I also tried to reschedule because I couldn't get a refund I tried multiple times and couldn't get it done I would never recommend this to anyone”

“Overall location was great staff friendly and polite. Upon checking I was given key card and off I went not knowing what direction to find elevator or rooms. Would like to see staff guide guests when checking in. Maybe oversight but should be part of standard check-in procedures. Aside from this minor issue I would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was nice and clean. They had two drawers that would stay closed outside of that everything was good. Loud music on Saturday but closed down by 10. Good location near Westgate. Staff was wonderful from cleaning lady to office staff. Couldn’t get the television to work quick response and problem solved. This was one of the cleanest and quietest places we have stayed. Will use again if in Williamsburg.”
