The unit itself is clean and is equipped with everything you'll need, but it's tiny, even for Tokyo standard, no thanks to the two beds in the living area. 「The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...

One day, the curtains in the bedroom were open even though I closed it, when I left. She may have come in every day after we left to check on it.
