Great location downtown that is close to a parking garage. The kitchen is sparse but had all the cooking utensils needed for three nights. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were fully aware that there was no elevator so a climb to the third floor was not a surprise. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear doors closing at night time.

We enjoyed our stay! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the person who checked us in was really friendly. The unit was great overall. There were kcups for the coffee machine, which we appreciated, and we loved the layout. The location was very close to the Sleeman Centre, which is one reason we picked it. We found there was a lot of noise from outside and people in the hallways, which made it harder for us to sleep. Our bedroom door didn't actually close, which would not have been a big deal, except we did crack the window because we were hot, which caused the door to move back and forth. (It also made it noisier, of course, but we could hear people even before we opened it.) Definitely recommend bringing a noise machine if you're a light sleeper (we had one and still found it loud), and turn down the heat and crack the windows during the evening if you're a hot sleeper, so you can close the windows at night. Oddly, both TVs turned themselves on at 2 am, which woke me immediately. Honestly, we would stay here again, we would just try to be more prepared for noise and lowering the temperature before bedtime.

Room was spacious and clean. Bedroom was up a set of 3 stairs which was nice but it was hot. Would be nice if there was a ceiling fan. Kitchen was fully equipped serve and nicely stocked.

Dirty clothes left in drawer with **stains on them. Restaurant didn’t abide by their own hours but the room was a good setup and the hotel manager and cleaning staff were great. Most of the issue was with the restaurant staff who either closed early or refused to service us based on us being same sex couple.

I booked the king suite for a girls weekend for me and my daughter. The room was better than we expected. Felt like our own little apartment. It's an old walk-up building that looks to have been converted into a hotel and we loved the vintage feel. Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the amount of noise we heard outside during the night that seemed to wake us up a few times, but the bed was so comfortable we had no problems falling straight back to sleep. Heather was also super receptive and accomodating regarding any inquiries I had. Was a smooth check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay here again. My daughter loved it so much she left a Thank You note on the desk when we left.
