「We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references. 「Spent morning sitting in front room watching the tide come in before going out exploring. Is a very cute place in a very quiet neighborhood. Only drawback could be how small the bathroom is but it’s doable. We had a great time and would stay again.」

「I’ve been visiting York for the past fifteen years, and have stayed in a number of rentals. I don’t think I’ll ever find a better location than this house. The proximity to short sands and downtown is ideal, especially for those with kids. The owners were delightful and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay!」

「A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.」

「The location was ideal for us. We could leave easily to go out to eat with no traffic backups. We loved being able to see the Fireworks right from the balcony of our room. The weather was very hot and the ac was wonderful to come back to. Room is compact but we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. Decorated very nicely and clean.」
