  • Enjoy an amazing Duck Village Retreat. The home is a quarter-mile walk to the beach, or take the day to lounge by your private pool during finishing the day off in the evening soaking in the hot tub.

    Inside, you'll find abundant natural light, high, pine-paneled ceilings, and an open layout. Don your chefs hat and step into the well-equipped, full kitchen to whip up your favorite recipes, then serve up your culinary creations at the adjacent window-front table.

    After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then relax in either family room. Five streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player and movie library, board games, and free WIFI should keep everyone entertained. End the day with a cookout on the gas grill. Live the good life while on vacation.

The house is filthy and outdated, the property is infested with tics!! There is a squirrel in the attic. House has a terrible smell.We left and lost a lot of money but was a huge relief to get out of this house of horror!!

The location of the home was great and that was the only positive of this rental.Upon entering the home you were hit by the overwhelming scent of plug-ins, lots of them, which sent our allergies and asthma into a frenzy. The overall cleanliness was less than desirable, from hair on the showers, to accumulated dust on the air vents and fans, to dust on one wall in the master bedroom, to clumps of hair on the basement bathroom sink drain. Rentals at the beach may have some wear but this place locked neglected.

The property is ideal for small pets with a completely fenced area for a pet to roam. The pool is very clean and private. The A/C was very cool and the king mattress was very comfortable. We thought it might be noisy being that it was on NC-12 Duck Road but the home was very quiet. A good mix of shade and sun at the pool.The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, major/minor appliances, cookware and utensils. The sandy volleyball court in the backyard is great for those so inclined. We would definitely stay here again.
