Location was great. Two blocks walk to the beach

If I was planning to stay here, I would want an honest assessment of a previous renters stay. I say 2.5 stars overall. I think the things I mention can be/should be corrected. I don't know who rented before we arrived but when we arrived there were several areas of the house that smelled and are not to the quality I expected --the kitchen, the living room, master bedroom and second floor middle room. We did a LOT to attempt to alleviate the smells--moderately successful but shouldn't have been our job. Many of the areas of the house could use a deep deep deep cleaning. The location and the hot tub were great. The trash and recycling were NOT removed before we got there either, so had to wait several days for those smells to be gone also.
