You won't find a better seat for an ocean view. The listing is very accurate, the house is completely updated with very nice finishes. We lived on the deck, there is always something to watch, whether it is waves and birds or surfers, you'll enjoy your time outside. The rooms aren't big, but there was plenty of room for two friends for a week. The beds were very comfortable. The provided linens leave a little to be desired, the sheets do the job but could have been newer. The only thing that I think would make it a perfect place for a week's stay would be to have a washer and dryer, but the listing clearly states there is not a set in the house. There are hookups in the bathroom, so maybe that is planned for the future. The property is leased through a property management firm, they were very responsive to our only issue, which was a broken coffee maker.
