Relaxing New Years!

Our family enjoyed the time together at Sea Eagle! Beautiful view of the ocean! The condition of the inside of the house is pretty rough which can be expected being right on the beach. I’m sure it gets heavy use all summer. I avoided looking at ceiling stains to keep from stressing about something I had no control over. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a great time!

Disappointed

This was a big disappointment. The photos online truly do not show the current state of the home. Other than the view being amazing, our week was rough. We had no cable for two rainy days, they had to send out maintenance and then the air conditioner broke on the first floor, we called Tuesday and they said it wasn’t an emergency situation so they didn’t have anyone come till our last day! We went from Tuesday to Friday with no air, in a hot house that reeked of dog. The leather on the couch is peeling so bad it got all over the kids everyday. The ceiling vents are covered in dust and the bathroom with black mold. I emailed the rental property Friday morning because they still had t sent anyone to come fix the ac, and it’s been 3 days and they STILL haven’t responded. When the ac guys showed up they said they just heard about the order that morning. Super disappointed, a lot of money to feel like we were camping for a week.
