Perfect Family Trip

We enjoyed the area and the view of the beach. Short walk across the street to the beach and close to good restaurants.

Great Location

The location was great for us. It was our first time in OBX and we got to explore from Kitty Hawk. The condo was clean and comfortable just the right size for us and the view was fantastic.

Nice quiet place

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The place was spacious with 2 decks. Very enjoyable vacation. Thanks.

A deck gathering every night

Unit was well equipped. When I chose the location I was not advised that in Kitty Hawk owners can opt to have linens as an add on expense. This was true for Sea Dunes C-2. My daughter arrived late and dismayed that there were no sheets and towels. The web site should have this fact front and center!

Nice but a few issues

Our stay was good, however there were a few issues. We emailed and asked for the standard amenities; received a list to which bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels were standard. The cleaning people did not leave any toilet paper or paper towels, no bath towels, or linens (we happen to bring our own bath towels, 1 paper towel roll, and 3 rolls of toiletpaper). Was told that linens were not supplied and when I asked about the email I received, was told it was a blanket statement. Also the paperwork we received stated that the pool was open until 9:30, but the pool attended insisted 9. The cleaning people didn't do their due diligence in cleaning or else they would have found a fake finger nail and paper lunch bag on the floor in the second bedroom and they don't vacuum behind bedroom doors or they would have known that the top two door hinges on the master bedroom were broken.

Good trip

Property was in good shape. Overall it needs some work but unit was good. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Everything work as should

Nice unit great location next to beach access.

Description and photos accurate of unit. Only consideration for anyone desiring to rent is this unit requires a lot of stair climbing and would need to be a consideration for anyone elderly or with bad knees..
