Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with an outside shower. Inside you'll find the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great Room with a large flat-screen TV, kitchen with counter seating 2, dining area seating 6 and deck access. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Recreation room with a large flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, pool table, foosball table and half bath.

Top Level: Queen Master Bedroom Suite with a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom. Open loft with ocean views and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, private deck access and ocean views that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with an additional private room with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/DVD.

Extras: 6 TVs, 3 DVD players, high speed internet access, pool table, foosball table, DVDs, screened porch, charcoal grill, high chair, baby gates, parking for 5 vehicles, washer/dryer and an enclosed outside shower. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: 3 Queens, 2 Singles. House Address: 4404 Ride Lane, Kitty Hawk. Distance to beach access: 730'. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Landing

We enjoyed our stay at this property for a family vacation. The location is great just a few blocks from the beach and Kitty hawk is very central to other OBX towns that you’d want to visit but not as crowded. Only negative is that the furnishings are a bit dated and worn and the kitchen pans could use replacing. Did have some beach chairs and a cooler that was helpful for the beach as well. The property agents were very responsive.
