Summer Retreat
Location was very nice. Early morning sunrises we’re beautiful. Easy access to pick up dinners and trips to the grocery store. There was no crowd on the beach which we enjoyed. Having beach chairs and umbrellas delivered to the house was wonderful! I never felt like I was cool enough in the house. We had AC tech come out and he said it was fine. 😉

Check-in was easy, and we appreciated being able to pay for early access since the regular time was 5 PM. Check-out is earlier than most places at 9 AM, but we made it work. The furniture felt new, and the place was clean. Being right next to the ocean was absolutely beautiful, though it came with its quirks. We had to wipe down the front windows daily to keep our view of the magnificent water and beaches clear. Access to the beach couldn’t be more convenient—just steps away.Unfortunately, our timing wasn’t ideal. Double red flags most of our stay due to tropical storms, but we made the best of it. The location is great for exploring: Duck Donuts, a rundown café, a seafood spot, and an ice cream shop are all right across the street. We even biked to Duck one morning.
