Located in Kitty Hawk, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is conveniently located near great local dining, shopping, and more. A short drive south will bring you to local favorite restaurants like Barefoot Bernie's, Spanky's Grille, and Jimmy's Seafood Buffet. You'll also be a 5-minute drive away from grocery shopping at Harris Teeter and Food Lion. Plus, Smells Like Sea Spirit is minutes away from the beach so you can relax, unwind, and experience the Outer Banks vacation you deserve! This Outer Banks vacation rental is also pet friendly so you can bring the family dog along for some fun in the sun too.

At Smells Like Sea Spirit, you'll have access to a private, heated, pool right in your own backyard. There's also a picnic table and charcoal and gas grills for entertaining. Inside, if you need a break from the sun, head to the rec room for a round of pool, or just take some time to lounge and cool off while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living area where you can gather with family and friends. When it's time to prepare meals during your stay, head to the kitchen that features ample counter space, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table has room for 10, and there is a covered deck if you want take in the ocean breeze at the end of the day. Prison from beach

The home was beautiful inside- met all of needs.. BUT.. could not walk kids or pet to beach.. no path , no side street to connect to, we did walk on side main Jwy.. scary, dangerous, drove but not lot parking available. We love Naghead, but 1st time in 40 years, could not walk to beach. Manager was rude. But we tried to enjoy time together next we could.

Kitty Hawk stay

Had a wonderful time. Large dining/living area great for all of our guests. The pool was lovely. Property was clean except for very dirty baseboards, especially on the stairs. We knew the property was on the main road and beach access was much easier on Balchen St, rather than cutting through to Hawks St.

Nice but noisy

This is a nice clean house and the manager helped us when the fridge wasn’t working properly. Only downfall is this house is right along the busy highway so you do hear traffic noise. If you are used to it, not a problem. However, if you are not, it can keep you up.

Great House and Amenities for OBX Trip

Stayed with my family and young children and this house had everything we needed. Great outside space with pool, grills, ping pong, bean bags, and then pool table and games inside. Main floor had plenty of space and seating for entire group. Lots of great deck space on all levels. The only issue is the location off the highway. There was a path to closest street on image searches of the house. But they are currently building two houses next door which impeded a clear path. The best bet is driving if you have young kids or biking/walking on highway. The yard in front was also covered in picker weeds so unable to use the volleyball net or that space. Overall great house, amenities, rooms and service but interested to see if the path returns to walk to beach.

Family Vacation May 2023

House was a great size for our group. The pictures are a little deceiving. Pool & kitchen are not as big as they seem in pictures. Downstairs has a bathroom and a room with a frig and an extra wash dryer which was nice for suits and towels. Biggest drawback is the house sits on main highway behind bushes. Lots of traffic noise and hard to pull out.
