Not recommended
For the last 8 years, I've used Sun Realty, this year I was late on getting a house, and had to use another company for the first time. It was a lesson learned. Cobwebs, dust everywhere, under the beds were filthy (there was even a pacifier under my bed covered with dust), and two huge cockroaches were seen in the house. The shower head was tied on in one of the bathrooms, the screen door was half unscreened (fixed when we called about it), a pipe busted so we couldn't use the outdoor shower or water hose (fixed the next day), a huge hole in the wall that they were aware of and came and fixed, So yes, granted, they fixed most of what was wrong fairly quickly, but this house was far from ready to be rented out....I've never had an experience like this in Outer Banks before, and hopefully I never will again.
