Spectacular 3-Bedroom Oceanside Townhouse for Perfect OBX Vacations
This amazing 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bathroom Townhouse is perfect for your family to enjoy the best Outer Banks vacation possible. With Ocean Views, community amenities, and plenty of space for everyone in your family to get comfortable, Sea Dunes I1 is the vacation rental you'll want to keep coming back to year after year. Take advantage of the community pool and tennis courts before heading to the beach, which is only a quick 2-minute walk away at the Perry Street lifeguarded beach access.

When you enter the home on the Ground Level, keep everything safe in the Garage and take advantage of the indoor Shower to get the sand off your toes before heading upstairs. Pass by the conveniently-located Washer and Dryer on your way up, so mid-week washes and fluffing up those beach towels and bathing suits will be an absolute breeze. Enjoy the use of the Beach Chairs, Bicycles, and Beach Toys also available in the garage.

Get some rest on the Middle Level where you'll find 1 King Master Bedroom and 1 Queen Bedroom, both with TVs. When you're ready for some peace and quiet, the King Master Bedroom also has an attached Bathroom with a Jacuzzi Tub and Steam Shower for the ultimate relaxation experience. Take your coffee out onto the Mid-Level Covered Deck via the private access from the King Bedroom to just get away from it all and enjoy the luxury of an Outer Banks vacation. Rock your worries away on the cozy Porch Swing before heading back inside to cool off.

Enjoy unbelievable Ocean Views from the Top Level and an al fresco dining experience at the table on the Furnished Sun Deck. Kitty Hawk: Where You Want to Be on the OBX
When someone thinks of Outer Banks, the words 'Kitty Hawk' usually come to mind. It's one of the most lively, well-known, and well-kept beaches in the OBX! Its name is synonymous with 'First in Flight'. Kitty Hawk was the home of Wilbur and Orville Wright, the legendary brothers who pioneered and paved our highways in the sky! Don't take my word for it. Learn all about them at the interactive Wright Brothers museum! Head over to Stack 'Em High in the mornings for a pile of flapjacks that will melt in your mouth. Later, take a short drive on Virginia Dare Trail (or the beach road, as locals call it) for lunch or dinner at The Black Pelican for delicious sandwiches, steaks, and fresh seafood dishes. Pro tip: You can never go wrong with their blackened NY Strip or Caribbean jerk tuna. After dinner, hop over to Longboard's Island Grill and enjoy some live music while you dance the night away, knowing you're residing in one of the best atmospheres on the Atlantic.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Disappointed

We had stayed at this complex in 2020 and had a great time. This stay from April 8-15 was different. The pool and hot tub and gaming area were closed and the kids were so disappointed. The dishwasher leaked as well and the unit in general was worn and dated.
