The recent upgrades were awesome. The cottage was mere steps from the beach access. Overall the stay was great the family enjoyed the cottage. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

The process to book, pay, code for property, instructions, etc was very easy! The home is small but perfect for a family. The location was great! We enjoyed our spring break.

First trip to OBX
Blue Heaven is in a great location and has beach access directly across the street. House could use some love but was fine for a week stay. There is no yard due to overgrown brush. The area is very nice!!

No WiFi for 5 days!
Property was great except advertised as having wifi - none for 5 days with difficulty getting hold of someone to address this. Finally got repair guy who checked outside then said problem was inside and came into property and fixed it.
