「A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Views, spa, pool, great food. Recommend!!」

「The road to the facility is horrible, the facility is noisy, especially in the morning hours, the staff is rude, breakfast had spoiled ingredients, and I was charged for items I did not consume.」

「The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel 」

「We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.」

「They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache.」

「Calm and well situated resort, friendly environment, perfect for relaxing!」

「Great spot.」

「Prima verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.」

「What a charming and relaxing stay I had at this lodge. I brought friends and we had a marvelous time! The staff was excellent. Everything was clean. The food was very good. Great location. On a main road so easy to get to. I would stay here again. 」

「Chambre simple mais propre . Vue sur le lac magnifique . Emplacement parfait . Proposition d’activités sur le lac . Restaurant avec une bonne offre」

「Good」

「great place」

「Nice getaway . It’s a perfect place for renewal. Not easy to get to however.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the lake. Plus, the food in the restaurant was excellent, which made dinners so convenient. 」
