I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Aya Beach is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I was only able to stay for 2 nights on a solo trip, but will try and return with family for a longer stay. The room was excellent and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure and warmed very quickly. The service was excellent as well, with friendly and attentive staff at reception, restaurant and bar. I really appreciated the beachfront gym facility and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The stairs down to the beach were very handy as well. Highly recommended.

It deserves the 5 stars! Everything was just as good as it can be! The rooms super clean and with a very nice vibe! The Pool so welcoming. Toller Strand, sehr wenige Verkäufer am Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität der Speisen war in Ordnung. Wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier. Fint hotell med härligt boende och det ligger precis vid stranden. Bra mat men kanske något dyr och för lite variation. Härlig frukost med grattis tillval på olika ägganrättningar som är toppen goda. Tre nätter känns som lagom för detta boende sedan blir det enformigt. Men lungt och supermysigt.

Depuis mon arrivé jusqu'à mon départ le séjour a été magnifique. Disponibilité du personnel, leur gentillesse et leur sourire feront de votre séjour un instant mémorable. Dans une très belle plage, au contact de la population locale vous vous baignerez dans des eaux cristallines. Villa signature très confortable et bien aménagée. Lieu paisible et reposant. Aya and the surrounding beach were incredible! The facilities were more than I could have hoped for and the staff top notch. I underestimated how remote and underdeveloped Kazimkazi was- while I felt safe, so many people trying to sell me something made me not want to leave the hotel. (There is no ATM in town!) An unexpected highlight were the Maasai staff! Absolute pleasure having the opportunity to get to know more about that community. I would absolutely recommend and will return.

Aya Beach Stay

Aya Beach resort is a really lovely and quiet hotel tucked away in the corner of the beach. It has direct access to the beach and when the tide is up, you can go from the stairs to the ocean and have a swim. The food was really tasty and had good sized portions, they have specials that change daily which is a nice touch. If you fancy changing it up a bit, there is a really amazing local restaurant about 5 minute walk down the beach, called Sunset which serves amazing seafood at a good price. The beach is hard to relax on when the tide is up, but around the pool is full of sand so it gives you the vibe you are sitting on the beach anyway. The one negative, which is not Aya’s fault is the beach is full of beach boys trying to drag you in for a chat to sell you an excursion, which after a while becomes really annoying! You just need to tell them no and ask them to leave you alone. Stay away from a person called Mr Cool, he will not give you a nice experience and will not pay the local people their deserved money if you pay him. Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend to others if staying in Kizimkazi.

Hyggelig sted men dessverre dårlig oppfølging.

Hyggelig sted med flott bassengområde og nydelig strand. Koselig restaurant med helt ok mat. Veldig fint beplantet på hele området. Hotellet brukte masaier som vakter, som oppleves mye hyggeligere enn uniformerte vakter som er vanlig andre steder. Vi ble dessverre matforgiftet første kvelden. Bra oppfølging de første dagene. Vi ba om bekreftelse på at vi ble syke under oppholdet, noe vi aldri fikk. Vi ble heller ikke kontaktet om dette etter avreise som de lovet. Dermed ble helhetsopplevelsen preget av det.
