"We stayed for a week during Christmas.The house was very spacious, comfortable, have everything you need and very quiet as half of the village no one lived there. We rented the car and was very convenient for us only 5-10 minute drive to the local markets, beach and restaurants. "Schönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es war mit allem Ausgestattet was im Inserat stand. Zum Gemeinschaftspool waren es ca 50 Meter und zum Strand ca. 200 Meter. Die Betreuung war hervorragend der Kontakt war sehr gut. Es wäre allerdings ratsam auch ein auto zu mieten da Die Anlage doch weit weg ist von Restaurants oder auch nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur Empfehlen habe hier Ruhe und Erholung gefunden."

"Set in the beautiful SeaBreeze development just steps to the beach is this fabulous luxury home. The development is akin to being in a botanical garden with exquisite shrubs and trees all kept in immaculate condition. "Been coming to Sai Kaew Resort for 16 years. It’s a great location with a very competent and friendly staff. There is major construction going on which we were unaware of. They also moved the breakfast buffet from the location next to the beach to another building which has no view. Finally the food inflation in Thailand is unbelievable and this applies to all tourist locations. It varies between 300 and 800 percent. Yes the numbers are correct. It is a sad development to what I consider the best vacation destination in the world. "

"Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion."

"Last minute booking headed to Koh Samet to catch the ferry the next day. Warning the ferries are 40-45 minutes away but it worked out fine. Hotel was clean, comfortable, service great and bed very very comfy ,😁"

"This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments"

"Was exactly as the guide and the photos portrayed. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel grounds but the hotel itself was excellen. The Fishbar was a little expensive but the food was really nice. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break "
