Die Zimmer sind für 4 Personen ( 1 Doppelbett und 1 Hochbett f. Kinder ) ausgestattet, die Bäder sind aber nur 1 bis 1,5 Quadratmeter klein, in manche Badezimmer kommt man selbst als 50kg Person nur rückwärts aufs WC, geschweige denn unter die beengte Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer liegt im Keller, sehr sehr kalter Raum, selbst bei einer Außentemperatur von 28 Grad müsste man hier mit einer Wolldecke sitzten. Kein schön eingerichteter Raum, alles selbst gezimmert, für Familien mit Kindern fragt man sich , wo sollen diese Kinder zusammen spielen, im Haus gibt es keinen Raum der Platz für spielende Kinder hat.

Tolles Haus mit Einschränkung

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Skibus ist nur 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, was besonders praktisch ist. Dennoch gibt es einige Aspekte, die uns persönlich von einer erneuten Buchung abhalten würden.In jedem Zimmer befindet sich neben einem Doppelbett auch ein Etagenbett, wodurch der Raum sehr klein und beengt wirkt. Aus unserer Sicht wäre es ideal, das Haus für maximal acht Personen zu vermieten – so wäre der Platz perfekt genutzt.Zudem hinterlassen die Renovierungsmaßnahmen einen eher improvisierten Eindruck. Die Fliesen wurden nicht gleichmäßig verlegt, und das Wasser aus der Dusche fließt nur schwach. Das gesamte Warmwasser wird über 230V-Durchlauferhitzer bereitgestellt, die Schwierigkeiten haben, ausreichend heißes Wasser zu erzeugen. Insgesamt wirkt die verbaute Ausstattung eher wie Standardware aus dem Baumarkt als qualitativ hochwertige Materialien.

Für große Gruppen super geeignet

Die Unterkünf war wie beschrieben. Den Skilitt in Kleinarl konnte man fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichen oder in 2 Minuten mit dem Skibus. Für große Gruppen definitiv zu empfehlen, wobei die Zimmer für 4 Personen evtl etwas klein sind.

Kleinarl ist ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort. Von hieraus kann man gut wandern, ein sehr lohnenswertes Ziel ist der Jaegersee.  Das Charlet ist sehr groß und geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es sind alle wichtigen Utensilien in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.
