The house is located undisturbed and has a beautiful view of Krokån. Inside you can expect a large living room with wood stove and large windows overlooking the river. Here you can spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace and watch the nature. There are also 4 bedrooms in the house, 3 of which are on the first floor. From here you can use the 2 exits directly to the terrace, which is partially covered.



The house is surrounded by large berry and mushroom fields of the forest, ideal if you like to go collect the treasures of the forest. After only 25-30 km you reach the coast at Mellbystrand outside Laholm, where you can take wonderful walks. In Laholm there are cozy cobblestone streets, cafes, restaurants and shopping.



In the surrounding area there is a lot of beautiful nature to discover, whether hiking, biking or canoeing. Anglers can try their luck in Laganån or Hjörneredssjöarna, where you also have a rowboat at your disposal. For young and old, a moose safari in Markaryd is an entertaining excursion.
