This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.

The dirtiest hotel I've even seen. The hallways smell like mold. The floors are filthy. There was hair in the shower and on the bed when we arrived. The other hotels in the area were sold out, otherwise we would have left immediately to stay elsewhere.

The staff at check-in/checkout were so friendly and so helpful. Also, the breakfast staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but the bathroom ceiling had a place where there was a leak and we informed the desk clerk about it and they said they would put it to get looked at. The bed are very comfortable. I like how you have the optional firm pillow and a hard pillow, and we slept well.
