There are no windows to the outside you feel more like your in a jail than a hotel. The ice machine does not work. However the staff is very polite and helpful.

NEVER got there due to an unforeseen car breakdown in the mountains!! They REFUSED to reimburse the $79 but maybe it’s a blessing in disguise from all the TERRIBLE reviews written online ! It would have been my 1st time staying there, but I’ll consider sleeping in my car instead of ever sitting foot in there. I’ll also make sure to tell everyone I know to not consider OTO.

I flew in for my daughter’s labor and needed a motel close to the hospital. The room was exactly what u pay for. It’s not priced to be like the Ritz so don’t expect it to be! Staff was very accommodating! The room served its purpose and I slept quite well! If u want the Ritz, make a reservation there! Again, u get what u pay for!

There was nothing about this property that was good. This place should be condemed. Expedia should be sued for not doing the due dillence of how bad this property is. All the pictures for this site were fakes. No one should stay there. I left this hotel after 2 hours because of the smell and went to another hotel without receiving any refund from the owner who was one of the ruddest people I have meet .NO ONE SHOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNTIL EXPEDIA DOES A REVIEW OF STANDANDS FOR THE SITE THEY ARE PROMOTING.

DO NOT STAY HERE. No hot water, no lock on the door, no heat, room reeked of cigarette smoke. Everything yellow and nasty. Felt completely unsafe at this property. I left after 30 minutes!

Heat was a problem in my room on the first night. The front desk kid did what he could short of moving me to another room but unfortunately it didn't fix my problem and I was the first night without heat. In the morning they came and looked again at my heat source then kindly moved me to another room. If it were the dead of winter this could have been problematic but given it was the start of fall I was no worse for the wear. After all that's what blankets are for.

The room had no heat, the lamps were rusted and I was afraid to plug anything in them as it is a fire hazard. Our smoke detector had no batteries, it smelled of funk, a broken mirror, and the sheets were not clean. I could not get my money back so we were forced to stay the night. The pictures online were extremely deceiving. Not worth the money and not safe. NEVER STAY HERE! They also had a certified Bed Bug Safe certificate dated August 2023….which means they had bed bugs at one point. Horrific experience. Never ever again. I would post pictures if I could. This place should be shut down.

The hotel is very sketchy. No lights in parking lot or very low where there are lights. Disreputable characters hanging out in parking lot. Condition of hotel is very bad. Lights didn’t work as came into room. Sockets hanging out. Bedding ripped and torn.

Peaceful Stay
The hotel is undergoing renovations and needs time to correct mess! The room was clean and nice. Everything worked. The front desk clerk “Jay” was very helpful and showed me rooms before I checked in.

Scary place to stay
I took 2 steps into the room and left. Room had a musty odor. The bed look terrible is bowed in the middle. The Hotel was in a scary part of town. However, The attendant was nice.

Most unclean place I’ve stayed in. Sheets had cigarette burns. There were food stains on the light shades. Pay a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.

Not Trash
I was disappointed because I left some items on the bed with the intention of coming back and organizing the items and the cleaning crew threw them away. I had one more day of stay but left out to run an errand. Not sure when I would return, and wanted to make sure I had all items to get dressed, I took my suitcase. Me taking my suitcase gave them the intention that I was checking out although I did not stop by front desk and check out. When I returned to the room later, (with my suitcase), the bed was made and all of my items gone. I called front desk to say what had happened. I got a call back stating the cleaning crew said there was nothing on the bed. My biggest concern is I don't know what was thrown away, again, I was going to organize it later.
