Walking distance to some great restaurants, bbq, coffee shots, & historic downtown. Easy access entrance, convenient elevator, & high-ceiling open rooms. Has everything you need for a perfect weekend stay with family

Great Location

The check-in process was easy and the location very walkable to most places. Very close to the downtown area for shops and restaurants. The loft is nicely decorated and spacious. Mattresses were comfortable. Shower curtain in en-suite needs to be replaced and there are three rooms with Queen beds and an additional mattress for the floor.

Great Stay on East Gay.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location for old city, down town and Market Square. Parking is easy block away. Felt very safe. Interior is a fun industrial vibe. Definitely will stay again!

Fabulous location and cool urban vibe

Super great stay. Easy access in and out of the unit and building. Darling restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques around. I would stay there again for sure!!! If using their additional mattresses I would bring blankets and towels of your own.

Location was very good. I am use to having parking onsite but I guess offsite is what you get in the city. Sliding doors on the bedrooms and bathroom were noisy but unique. We enjoyed our stay at Sterchi Lofts.

Location is great! Property just OK

This property was just ok. We enjoyed the location and the ease that provided. It wasn’t as clean as it should be and the amenities were very minimal. Some thought needs to be given and action taken as to what makes a stay a comfortable and pleasant experience for a guest.

Great location

Excellent!! Very cool location. Clean and new unit/building. New appliances. Very industrial decor…. Nice! The sliding barn doors are cool but can be very loud, especially at night! The listing states that there is limited toilet paper but the rolls were half used when we arrived. There is a convenient store right across the street so that’s nice for grabbing necessities. Washer and dryer in the unit but the washer runs a long cycle so they could supply more bath towels just for convenience. They cover the parking fee which is fabulous. It was super close and convenient. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again in the future.

Ideal downtown location. Great neighborhood, cool shops. Beds were comfortable. Property was filthy, I stepped on what appeared to be a whole toenail in the bathroom. Spider webs, hair in the shower and on furniture services, etc. Communication with the property manager on the issue was pleasant and handled promptly. I requested to receive a refund on the cleaning fee; Haven decided to refund 50% of that cleaning fee which unfortunately will keep me from considering Haven Vacation Rentals in the future.
