House Rules
Welcome to our property! We’re so glad you’re here. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
1. Registered Guests Only
• Only guests who are registered with names at the time of booking are allowed on the property.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted, and we do not allow people to come and go without prior approval.
• If you would like to have additional visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance for approval.
2. Safety and Security
• We Live Upstairs: For your safety and ours, we live upstairs in the main house. This allows us to be available if you need anything while respecting your privacy.
• No Unauthorized Guests: For security reasons, we must know who is on the property at all times. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
• Lock Doors and Windows: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property or at night.

1 Check-In/Check-Out Times:
o Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Your door code password will expire 30 minutes after checkout
1. Maximum Occupancy:
o The property accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
2. No Parties or Events:
o No parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
3. No Smoking:
o Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes inside the property. No cigarette butts on the ground outside. A fee $100 will be charged for violations.
4. NO PETS
o Are NOT allowed dogs are detected an additional $100 will be charged for each extra dog not allowed, your responsible for any damages and if there's pet hair you may be charged a deeper cleaning fee of $200. Pets are not allowed on the bed, in the bed on the couches, or on any furniture sorry it's just too hard to clean the pet hair off any furniture
5. Respect the Neighborhood:
o Please be mindful of noise levels and respect the neighbors. Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.

Property Care
7. Keep the Property Clean:
o Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
8. No Damage or Theft:
o Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or missing items during their stay.
9. Appliances and Furniture:
o Use appliances and furniture as intended. Do not move furniture or rearrange the property. No pets on furniture $100.00 additional cleaning fee will apply.
10. Turn Off Lights and Electronics:
o Please turn off lights, electronics, and HVAC systems when not in use or when leaving the property.

Safety and Security
11. Security Cameras
o Are facing the driveway and we do check them video and audio recording.
12. Lock Doors and Windows:
o Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No Unregistered Guests:
o Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
14. No Illegal Activities:
o Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and reporting to authorities.
15. Emergency Contacts:
o In case of an emergency, contact 911 or call local emergency services.

Kitchen and Dining
16. Clean Dishes and Utensils:
o Wash and put away all dishes, utensils, and cookware before check-out.

17. Dispose of Food Properly:
o Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests. Use sealed containers and dispose of food waste in the trash.

Outdoor Areas
18. Use Outdoor Furniture Responsibly:
o Clean and return outdoor furniture to its original position after use.
19. No Fireworks or Open Flames:
o Fireworks, bonfires, and open flames are not allowed on the property.
20. Respect Landscaping:
o Do not damage plants, trees, or other landscaping features.

Additional Rules
21. Wi-Fi Usage:
o Wi-Fi is provided for personal use only. Illegal downloads or excessive bandwidth usage are prohibited.
22. Parking:
o Park only in designated areas. Only for one vehicle Do not block driveways or access points.
23. No Unregistered Vehicles: All vehicles must be registered with us at the time of booking. Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

24. Trash:
o Also, the garbage please if you put the garbage outside in the garbage can it must be in a bag we do not like digging down in the garbage can and picking the trash out and put it in the bag. Take out all trash to the trash can outside it must be in bags if we have to clean out the garbage can outside because you did not put your trash in a plastic bag you will get charged a $25 cleaning fee. Let me repeat myself. And also, please do not put loose trash in trash can outside it must be all in BAGS we do not like digging in the bottom of the trash can and trying to get out the trash do you got it.
25. No Candles or Incense:
o For safety reasons, candles, incense, and other open flames are not allowed.
26. Report Issues Immediately:
o Notify the host immediately of any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns.

Check-Out Instructions
27. Leave Keys/Access Devices:
o Return keys, access cards, or remotes to their designated location upon check-out. Your door code password will expire 30 minutes after checkout
28. Strip Beds:
o Strip used beds and leave linens in the laundry area.
29. Take Personal Belongings:
o Ensure all personal items are removed. The host is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
30. Final Walkthrough:
o Perform a quick walkthrough to ensure nothing is left behind and the property is tidy.

Penalties and Fees
30. Violation Fees:
o Violations of house rules may result in additional fees, including but not limited to smoking fees, pet fees, or cleaning fees.
31. Damage Charges:
o Guests will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
