“The cabin is located on a farm in a very peaceful setting. The resident dog greeted us daily and was a welcome sight. The cabin is comfortable and overlooks the water. It was a very peaceful stay! Would recommend it if you want to unplug!”

“My husband and i along with another couple rented the cabins for a weekend get away. It was everything it said it was going to be. We fished ( i caught 30 plus fish in 24 hrs. It was awesome) used the yayaks and boat. And We enjoyed the fire pit area both nights.”

“After staying the past two days, I have some serious safety concerns that need to be brought to your attention.There are no handrails on either staircase in the house. The floor from the kitchen to the back room is uneven and a trip hazard. The back stairs are not the standard riser height and were very awkward to use. Two of the bedrooms are located in the basement with no egress windows!”

“There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working ”

“The Rock House was perfect for mother daughter getaway. It was comfortable and clean yet quaint and historical in a perfect location.”

“Our family of six adults and six children met here for a long weekend. We found this property to be very accommodating of all our needs. The property was super clean and provided lots for six children to do even in the cold of winter when the back yard couldn’t be used. The kitchen supplied every need you could have. We loved the big dining room table.”

“Check-in was a little slow to arrive but friendly, efficient, and helpful once we got started. The room was very clean and spacious. Every interaction with staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate but limited. This was a good stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it. ”
