The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "We had a top floor side sea view room which was very spacious. The finishing were a little tired but adequate. Great pool areas separating children’s pool with adults. Breakfast choice great if you like Indian food however otherwise we found it quite bland. The staff in reception were really helpful allowing us to upgrade smoothly. The main disappointment was that the beach was separated by a busy road and we found the water not great for swimming. Otherwise a great location for exploring Ao Nang. "
