"exactly what I expected. close to transport links. the most amazing breakfast. very clean and quiet. the rooms were a good size and very well maintained. the climate controls in the room was right on point. There isn't much I can fault in the hotel. Helpful and lovely staff. the biggest plus was having a connection to the mall via the hotel and that was great for us. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again"

"The rooms were large and comfortable, but I was disappointed that there were quite a few noticeable stains on the carpeting in both rooms we stayed in. The staff was helpful and kind. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The food selection was not great, and despite being in warming trays, the food was cold on many of the days we stayed. I understand that the traditional breakfast we are used to in the US is not going to be here, but the offerings were disappointing."

"Fantastic hotel in the prefect location for exploring Budapest. There is a tram stop just outside and the hotel is very short walk from buses & a metro station - as well as the Jewish Quarter. Very comfortable beds - like sleeping on clouds! We didn't make use of the spa, although did see it before we left - wish we had more time as it was gorgous."
