Great Stay

It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it.

Location is near the train station, receptionists spoke fluent English, polite and was easy to communicate with. Room cards are made of wood with comfortable touch. Room was clean and neat, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Everything was amazing, the only problem we were a little confused with the days so we left a day early and the staff didn’t say anything to us when we checked out. Luckily the next hotel understood our situation and gave us a room or we would have been on the street.

Something smells

The fact that the room was a bit old was not an issue, but there was a strong animal-like odor throughout the room. I tried to address it using an air purifier, the air conditioner, and deodorizer spray, but these measures were not very effective, and I had trouble sleeping as a result
