"Beautiful hotel! The room was lovely, the hotel staff were very helpful, and there were many amenities (snack bar, drinks machine, many laundry machines available). The train station was just a few minutes away and about 15-20 minute walk to Kyoto Station. The area was calm and quiet at night. Also just a few minutes walk away from a convenience store. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about our stay was great except for the shower. It would randomly change temperature dramatically while you were showering and would not change back until 3-4 minutes has passed. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating, it was very clean and much more extravagant than I was expecting!"

"This hotel was really nice and in a good location. The entrance can be a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s not bad at all. My only complaint is how humid it is once you get off on your floor after the elevator. There’s a door you need to get through to get to the hallway and it’s really humid in that little area for some reason. "

We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."
