Detailed Description .

Tsikhisdziri is an ideal destination for nature lovers – enjoy fresh sea air, lush greenery, citrus orchards, tea plantations, and pebble beaches. This small village is a peaceful and charming alternative to crowded seaside resorts. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends who appreciate nature, tranquility, and close proximity to the city.

First Floor – Open-Air Space
Surrounded by greenery, this open-air terrace includes:

Furnished terrace with breathtaking views;

Shaded garden area for relaxation;

Comfortable hammock;

Open kitchen with BBQ equipment and all essentials for outdoor dining;

Small splash pool.

Second Floor – Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: Sleeps 3 (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with a private bathroom;

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 4 (2 bunk beds) with a private bathroom;

Extra bathroom accessible from the balcony.

Please note: There is no air conditioning on this floor, but a fan is provided.

Third Floor – Living Room, Kitchen & Extra Bedroom:

Living Room: Sleeps 2 (1 sofa bed + 1 single bed), includes AC (in living room only) and TV;

Small kitchen fully equipped with essentials;

Cozy separate bedroom for 1 guest (1 single bed).

The house is built around an old tree. Tree branches are in each room behind the glass. Very interesting design: saved the tree and built a house. Beautiful sea view. Hosts live next door. Always available for any kind of assistance. Very nice people. 100% recommended. One of a kind experience.
