Most people and resorts are in Saracen Bay. You can take a walk to the other side of the island to Lazy Beach. It is a small resort with a private beach and a fantastic place to spend a afternoon. Offcourse you can also sleep there in one of the beach front bungalows. The pier is a nice one to shoot pictures of!
