「Despite a little misunderstanding with substitute staff we left that place with a great satisfaction..Especially worth to mention a willingness to help by manager Jolanda..As soon as she returned to work from weekend everything was miraculously changed..We were immensely grateful for everything she has done for us..From that day we were very happy through our entire stay..She is wonderful in her willingness to help..And after we express our deepest appreciation her response was even more...

「13 jours au milieu de la forêt, pour un premier contact avec la Pologne, à 60 km de Varsovie et 130 par autoroute de Lublin. Magda est charmante et parfaitement francophone. 「酒店各方面都不错，员工非常友好热情，床睡起来非常舒服，酒店位置并不靠近旅游景点，酒店门口的免费车位非常少，地下车库确实该挺贵的，房间设施属于经典风格，或者说有些老旧了，但其实华沙市中心这几个五星级酒店的设施都挺老旧的，对比万豪希尔顿，我觉得这家的房间结构，酒店备品什么的还要好些呢。hotels的银卡金卡会员可以使用酒廊，也就是说不用额外买早餐了。」
